Bonds

Puzzel issued in December 2025 senior secured bonds amounting to NOK 1,000 million (under a framework of up to NOK 2,000 million) with a maturity of three years. Puzzel’s bonds have been admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Transfer Market, with the first day of trading on 17 February 2026. The senior secured bonds will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm within twelve months from the first issue date.
